- •Studies in Business Administration with a focus on HR, Marketing, Communication, or similar
- •Strong affinity for social media and digital topics
- •Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), ideally with SEO/SEA knowledge
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Independent and structured working style

- •Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- •Conduct LinkedIn searches for recruitment
- •Maintain and develop digital channels for employer branding
- •Create content for social media platforms
- •Research trends in relevant subject areas
- •Contribute to daily operational tasks
