- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage

- Assist in executing contractual clauses for spare parts invoicing
- Identify areas for improvement and digitalization
- Support the design and development of IT solutions for dynamic price data
- Participate in team meetings with international stakeholders
- Gather requirements and compare with best practices
- Present solution proposals to the team
- Help with invoice data collection and analysis
- Visualize data to support decision-making
- Support testing and validation of new solutions
- Ensure effectiveness and user-friendliness of solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration
