- Confidence with data, Excel, and ERP or planning tools
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
- Fluent English and advantageous German skills
- Practical experience in Supply or Production Planning
- Exposure to FMCG or high-volume production environments
Aufgaben
- Support production and supply schedule maintenance
- Align schedules with demand forecasts
- Coordinate with Demand Planning and Purchasing
- Ensure raw material and component availability
- Track production performance against plans
- Identify production variances and risks
- Prepare reports and data in Excel
- Manage planning data within ERP systems
- Facilitate communication with operations and marketing
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and data checks
- Assist with planning process improvements
