In this role, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including producing training materials and facilitating events for the New Work Movement. Your contributions will help shape innovative projects and support the team's daily operations.

• •Basic to good understanding of Organizational Design, Change Management, and Organizational Development
• •Passion for New Work Practices, e.g., Agile Methodologies, Distributed Leadership, Purpose Orientation and Psychological Safety

• •Excellent communication skills in English and preferably German

• •Student in master's program

Aufgaben

• •Support production of training materials
• •Update learning videos and user manuals
• •Curate best practices for learning resources
• •Host and facilitate New Work Movement events
• •Organize the New Work Learning Journey
• •Develop informational materials for initiatives
• •Moderate platforms like MS Teams and SharePoint
• •Link the New Work Movement with change initiatives
• •Organize and host team events
• •Assist with controlling and reporting tasks
• •Support research for concrete projects
• •Create organizational design guidelines
