Anforderungen
- •Enrollment in a university program in business, economics, management, communications, or related field
- •First practical experience in sales, business development, consulting, or startup environment
- •Strong interest in B2B sales, customer acquisition, and relationship building
- •Confident communicator with structured and persuasive working style
- •Comfortable reaching out to new contacts and initiating conversations
- •Basic familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or sales automation tools
- •German at native level or C2, and English at C1 level
- •Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- •Strong interest in AI, technology, and innovation
- •Network in the AI, tech, mobility, or public sector ecosystem
- •Experience with outbound sales, cold outreach, or lead qualification

- •Identify and research potential customers in relevant industries
- •Act as the first touchpoint for new leads via email, LinkedIn, phone, and events
- •Qualify inbound and outbound leads and assess customer needs
- •Support the sales team in managing the sales pipeline and lead tracking
- •Prepare and personalize outreach messages and sales materials
- •Coordinate initial meetings and demos with potential customers
- •Contribute to improving sales processes and lead generation strategies
- •Represent Isarsoft at industry events and networking opportunities
- •Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation and customer targeting
