- •Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- •Initial practical experience through internships or student roles in customer service, marketing, or customer-facing functions
- •Highly organized, able to work independently, strong sense of ownership and reliability
- •Advanced communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- •Enthusiasm for digitalization and willingness to familiarize with SaaS B2B product for manufacturing processes
- •Hands-on mentality and readiness to take ownership in a fast-paced, dynamic team
- •Excellent language skills in German and English (C1 level or higher)
