- Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar frameworks, APIs, SDKs, or technical environments

- Comfortable with ambiguity, limited structure, and changing priorities
- Willingness to challenge assumptions and rethink ideas
- Ability to be onsite in Münster on a hybrid schedule
- Eligible to work in Germany
- Based in Münster or surrounding area
- Prior internship, hackathon record, or shipped side projects
- Startup or scale-up experience
- Passion for video games, especially retro games
- Interest in games, interactive media, or emerging entertainment technologies
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about games industry

- Track indie, experimental, and retro gaming landscapes

- Synthesize findings into concise executive briefings
- Run small experiments from hypothesis to recommendation
- Translate prototype results into clear actions
- Use AI coding and workflow automation tools
- Explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Challenge bad ideas based on data
