- Manage user onboarding/offboarding and access rights (where applicable)
- Maintain platform documentation and Confluence spaces
- Coordinate rollout readiness and regression testing with Business Product Owner and Tech Analyst
- Explain technical logic to business users (with team support)
- Support change management activities
- Collect adoption feedback
- Schedule demos
- Follow up with key users
- Provide troubleshooting support
- Triage basic issues to configuration/IT teams
