In this role, you will enhance project management practices while coordinating their implementation across teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve supporting project activities, managing communications, and ensuring timely resolutions for digital applications.

Anforderungen

• •Enrollment in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related fields
• •Theoretical knowledge of program and project management
• •Initial experience with program and project management
• •Passion for technology and self-learning mindset
• •Conscientiousness, proactivity, and self-direction
• •Solution-oriented, structured, and organized working method
• •Strong sense of responsibility and hands-on mentality
• •Good knowledge in MS Office and fluent English and German
• •First experience with Atlassian (JIRA or comparable)

Aufgaben

• •Enhance the project management framework
• •Coordinate implementation of the framework across the team
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless rollout
• •Ensure the departmental roadmap is up-to-date
• •Communicate the roadmap to senior and leadership stakeholders
• •Support project management activities, including updating project plans
• •Track open points and create user stories
• •Schedule meetings and manage related tasks
• •Oversee the process for requesting new projects
• •Ensure efficiency and obtain necessary approvals for project requests
• •Assist in project-related procurement and partner communication
• •Support project cost controlling and budget management
• •Review issues and service requests for digital applications
• •Ensure timely resolution and escalation of issues
• •Define preventive and corrective action plans for service reliability
• •Monitor SLA’s Dashboard creation using modern solutions
