- Maintain a clear and well-ordered backlog
- Ensure work aligns with the Product Goal
- Collect and summarize stakeholder feedback for prioritization
- Prepare content and talking points for Sprint Reviews
- Log issues, risks, and team dependencies
- Follow up on actions to remove blockers
- Update Jira or ADO boards and dashboards
- Maintain burndown charts and team metrics
- Develop Scrum and product discovery skills
- Translate complex requirements into testable user stories
