In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing employee experiences by maintaining data, supporting training initiatives, and creating impactful learning materials. Your contributions will help shape effective processes and development programs.

Anforderungen

• •Enrollment in a degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, Business Law, or related field with a focus on Human Resources
• •Ability to thrive in a high-speed environment with shifting priorities
• •Strong attention to detail and service-oriented approach
• •Flexible mindset with proactive problem-solving ability
• •Availability to work 20h/week on at least 3 days, capable of working 40h/week during lecture-free time
• •Excellent communication skills with minimum B2 in English and German

Aufgaben

• •Maintain and update employee data in Personio
• •Prepare reports and analyses from Personio for decision-making
• •Assist with administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle
• •Create People & Culture documents like employment references and contract addendums
• •Support initiatives such as Annual Reviews and Job Architecture
• •Coordinate internal trainings and workshops with trainers
• •Manage projects for Learning & Development initiatives
• •Support the development and maintenance of the L&D framework
• •Create and update learning materials and internal playbooks
• •Assist with training evaluations and feedback analysis
