In this role, you will play a vital part in the recruiting process, from posting jobs to coordinating interviews, while also supporting employer branding and organizing events. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with various teams and ensuring compliance for funding applications.

Anforderungen

• •Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master)
• •First experience through studies, internships, or student jobs relevant to the role
• •Interest in technology, innovation, and aerospace
• •Structured, proactive, and reliable working style
• •Strong collaboration skills and English and German proficiency (at least B2)
• •German proficiency is nice to have for Research & Technology
• •Confident handling of MS Office or relevant tools
• •Motivation, team spirit, and desire to help shape a growing tech company

Aufgaben

• •Support the end-to-end recruiting process
• •Communicate with candidates and hiring managers
• •Assist with employer branding activities and recruiting events
• •Help improve recruiting processes and tools
• •Plan, organize, and execute industry events and job fairs
• •Coordinate logistics and communication with stakeholders
• •Support Blackwave’s presence at sales and recruiting events
• •Write and submit detailed funding applications
• •Track deadlines and compliance requirements for funding sources
• •Coordinate with engineering, business development, and finance teams
