- Very good proficiency with Google products (Google Workspace)
- Confident handling of content-management systems
- Willingness to propose AI implementation ideas in occupational safety
- Ability to turn AI implementation ideas into practical projects
- Very good German skills
Aufgaben
- Participate in planning, implementing, and documenting occupational safety measures
- Collect, evaluate, and report key performance data
- Perform administrative tasks for certifications, audits, and legal requirements
- Support documentation and scheduling of recurring inspections and trainings
- Create operating instructions and work procedures for facility management safety
- Assist in preparing presentations for occupational safety committee meetings
- Develop informational materials for e-learning modules and intranet posts
- Coordinate interface work between Occupational Health Management, Facility Management, and other departments
