- Solid knowledge of MS Office applications
- Fluent German
- Very good English skills
- Strong communication skills
- Enjoyment of teamwork

- Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously

- Support marketing activities for SAP’s STAR program
- Engage school students through targeted campaigns and events
- Create and manage content for social media, MS Teams, and external platforms
- Support school outreach initiatives and career orientation events
- Shape an authentic and engaging candidate journey
- Act as an initial touchpoint for potential applicants
- Collaborate with dual students and apprentices
- Contribute ideas and projects to the marketing efforts
