As an IT Working Student, you will support daily operations by providing hardware and software assistance, managing user onboarding, and contributing to IT documentation. You will gain valuable experience in a cloud-first SaaS environment while collaborating with the IT and Security teams.

Anforderungen

• •Currently pursuing a degree in IT or a related field or comparable qualifications
• •Basic hands-on experience with Windows and macOS operating systems and end-user hardware
• •Strong interest in IT operations and modern SaaS environments
• •Interest in IT security topics and willingness to learn about security tools and best practices
• •Good problem-solving skills and a structured, reliable working style
• •Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users
• •Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken)
• •Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of tasks over time

Aufgaben

• •Provide first-level hardware and software support for employees
• •Administer the Microsoft 365 environment
• •Support internal IT for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office
• •Assist with Jira and Confluence support
• •Provide support for Slack and security tools like password managers
• •Manage MDM solutions and other critical SaaS applications
• •Assist with user onboarding and offboarding workflows
• •Track and manage hardware asset inventory
• •Help implement IT and security controls under guidance
• •Contribute to documentation of IT processes and procedures
• •Participate in IT improvement and planning discussions
• •Automate repetitive IT tasks using workflows or scripts
