- Prepare devices for new user onboarding
- Manage on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure
- Handle networks, VPNs, firewalls, and device management
- Monitor security systems
- Support secure access management
- Ensure compliance-related activities
- Maintain hardware and IT asset inventory
- Procure, set up, and track equipment lifecycle
- Support IT projects and initiatives
- Improve infrastructure, workflows, and user experience
- Document processes
- Contribute to independent troubleshooting
- Support operational improvements
