- Initial hands-on experience in IT support, hardware setup, or system administration (desirable)
- Knowledge of Windows-based environments
- Knowledge of common IT tools
- Good communication skills in German
- Good communication skills in English
- Interest in IT infrastructure and technology
- Comfortable creating careful, accurate notes and documentation
- Genuine interest in IT

Aufgaben
- Set up laptops, workstations, smartphones, and tablets
- Swap out broken equipment
- Prepare meeting rooms
- Order hardware by sending product links and quantities
- Process offboarding tasks for departing employees
- Collect and disable equipment from departing employees
- Close out access for departing employees
- Handle absence-related changes
- Adjust access for employees on extended leave
- Re-enable access for returning employees
- Prepare new hardware for deployment
- Collect and wipe returned devices
- Track equipment location and usage
- Update records for deployed, returned, or reassigned devices
- Keep inventory systems accurate
- Label physical assets to match system records
