- Align and support the optimization of operational ITSM processes
- Monitor tickets, SLAs, and KPIs
- Propose and align measures for improvement
- Support and train the organization in ITSM processes and reports
- Perform day-to-day operational and managerial tasks
- Review and update documentation
- Ensure knowledge articles are in place for IT and end users
- Drive the creation of missing knowledge articles
- Review data in the ITSM platform and identify quality gaps
- Propose and drive measures to address quality gaps
- Engage with providers on operational issues
- Align with providers on improvement ideas and concepts
- Monitor, drive, and review provider implementations
