- Consult with specialist departments regarding applications and technologies
- Model and maintain IT processes using BPMN 2.0
- Document process responsibilities within BIC Process Design
- Prepare presentations and concepts for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and IT/OT teams
