Aufgaben
- Support the annual J-SOX self-assessment process
- Establish and coordinate an international IT controls framework
- Contribute to the automation of J-SOX controls
- Assist the IT department with J-SOX control execution
- Revise and publish IT-related policies and guidelines
- Optimize processes using AI tools
- Support various process automation initiatives
- Evaluate and implement AI tools for J-SOX and security
- Apply JIRA automation and JIRA AI knowledge
- Manage JIRA tickets
- Assist the J-SOX manager with system migrations
- Support tool implementation projects
- Assist with IT recertification efforts
- Create reports
