Aufgaben
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and workshops
- Ensure clear and tracked agendas and actions
- Prepare concise presentations and status updates
- Create decision papers for senior stakeholders
- Support program governance and documentation
- Maintain RAID logs, KPIs, and action tracking
- Manage reporting cadence and Confluence/SharePoint spaces
- Collaborate with Program Manager and Project Managers
- Collect and consolidate requirements and inputs
- Ensure timely deliverables
- Conduct research on AI use cases and practices
- Summarize market and technology trends
- Assist with stakeholder communications
- Coordinate logistics for townhalls and demos
- Help with data analysis and dashboard updates
- Visualize progress and outcomes using PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI
