- Prepare project documentation.
- Prepare meeting minutes.

- Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across teams.
- Gather data for migration activities.
- Conduct readiness checks for migrations.
- Coordinate migration tasks.
- Organize knowledge-sharing materials for team integration.
- Organize onboarding content for team integration.
- Conduct research for innovation initiatives.
- Perform trend scouting for innovation initiatives.
- Provide prototyping support for innovation initiatives.
- Prepare structured information for KPI reporting.
