- Monitor analytical dashboards (ticketing system, Dev Ops)
- Ensure no massive backlog is built
- Support creation of reports and content
- Update SharePoint with latest news
- Create action plans for feedback and surveys
- Suggest and implement process improvements
- Experiment with automation and AI opportunities
- Participate in release and QA of new processes
- Seek opportunities to enhance the IMS
