Anforderungen
- Enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Production/Manufacturing Engineering or related field for at least 2 more semesters
- Interest in industrialization, lean manufacturing, and hands-on shopfloor environment
- First experience with CAD/PLM tools (ideally CATIA / 3DEXPERIENCE) and/or 3D printing is a plus
- Structured, reliable, eager to learn, able to work independently
- Proficiency with M365 (especially Excel and Word)
- First experience or strong interest in Jira and Confluence is a plus
- Good German and English skills
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
- Curiosity and drive to learn new tools/topics quickly
- Hands-on attitude, proactive task completion
- Comfort working in fast-moving, international environment
- Genuine interest in technology and its real-world applications
Aufgaben
- Analyze production flow for composites, trimming, painting, and assembly
- Implement improvements for ergonomics, quality, and efficiency
- Maintain and improve work instructions and production documentation
- Collaborate with engineers on documentation
- Support continuous improvement and shopfloor problem solving
- Collect data and assist in root-cause analysis
- Follow up on improvement actions
- Create and modify 3D CAD models and drawings
- Support tool and jig design
- Manage data within the PLM system
- Operate and maintain 3D printers
- Prepare print jobs for tooling, fixtures, and prototype parts
- Perform basic troubleshooting on 3D printers
- Post-process 3D printed parts
- Support task tracking in Jira
- Manage actions in Confluence
- Document tasks and actions in Confluence
