- Advise internal survey creators on using Qualtrics
- Coordinate and report on process-relevant follow-up measures
- Distribute communication materials and on-site action reminders
- Create information mailings and intranet contributions
- Prepare presentations for management and the works council
- Assist with various organizational development projects
- Develop documents for web conferences with corporate teams
- Manage the myVoice email account and hotline
