- •Manage the year-round myVoice survey process independently
- •Master the Qualtrics platform for survey infrastructure
- •Advise internal survey creators on using Qualtrics
- •Coordinate and report on process-relevant follow-up measures
- •Distribute communication materials and on-site action reminders
- •Create information mailings and intranet contributions
- •Prepare presentations for management and the works council
- •Assist with various organizational development projects
- •Develop documents for web conferences with corporate teams
- •Manage the myVoice email account and hotline
