- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Support hiring managers and recruiters in interviews
- Take ownership of selected candidate interviews
- Create, update, and publish job ads
- Provide administrative support for HR processes
- Maintain applicant and employee data
- Assist with employment documents and contracts
- Support onboarding activities for a great employee experience
- Help organize employee events and workshops
- Support employer branding on LinkedIn and other channels
