- Coordinate international talent and leadership programs, events, and workshops, including training design, participant and trainer communication, and logistics.
- Manage METRO Potentials global graduate talent program, including designing learning elements, coordinating stakeholders, managing communications, and participant development follow-up.
- Collaborate with teams across METRO countries and entities.
- Market and communicate the learning portfolio internally with Employer Branding.
- Manage training data and reporting in the Learning Management System.
