Anforderungen
- Enrolled student at university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred study fields: Business Administration, Information Management, Communications, Project Management, or related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
- Fluent German (B2 level) language skills
- Fluent English (C1) language skills
- High organization and detail orientation
- Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Interest in enterprise architecture, strategic planning, or project management
- Availability of at least 15–20 hours per week
- Regular working from the office
- At least 2 semesters of studies until graduation
Aufgaben
- Draft, coordinate, and distribute PMO communications and materials.
- Create professional presentations and visual materials for leadership.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure conflict-free scheduling.
- Follow up with architects to track initiative progress.
- Provide administrative and organizational support.
- Support event planning and logistics for team events.
- Assist with reporting and tracking PMO initiatives.
