- Excellent German and English (written and spoken) business language skills

- Quick to pick up new topics
- Proactive task driving
- Confident MS Office user (especially Excel/PowerPoint)
- Ability to structure and synthesize information/data clearly
- Basic knowledge of GIS tools
- Basic knowledge of Python for GIS (e.g., GeoPandas, ArcPy)
- Basic knowledge of SQL for spatial databases

- Analyze spatial data's impact on internal processes
- Benchmark leading spatially-enabled energy companies
- Define a target GIS operating model
- Map and optimize spatial processes
- Create transparency on spatial intelligence support
- Benchmark industry leaders for best practices
- Identify data gaps and integration needs
- Analyze integration needs between GIS, ERP, asset management, SCADA, and analytics systems
- Support the design of a departmental GIS target operating model
- Develop a clear GIS data strategy
- Create a transformation roadmap with concrete milestones
