- Assist with planning, scheduling, and tracking daily activities for the ZEISS Health Data Platform
- Support the setup of a modern BI environment for operational KPIs
- Develop automated data evaluation and connection procedures for various source systems
- Implement automated routines for repetitive daily tasks
- Document activities to meet regular and compliance requirements
- Support operational processes and ISMS audits
- Contribute to improving project management processes and tools
- Prepare for and participate in team meetings, discussing IT-Operations best practices
- Assist with general administrative tasks
