- MS Office (PowerPoint, SharePoint), research skills, very good English skills
- Articulate or similar tools, Synthesia/AI tools, WCAG, or basic podcast/media production
- Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, willingness to learn
- Good communication and collaboration skills, ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Working from Walldorf office once a week on Wednesday

- Create accessibility training and e-learning content
- Research tools and new learning formats
- Strengthen organizational accessibility standards
- Promote accessibility awareness
