- Enrollment in a master's degree program in computational biology, computer science, data science, information systems, or a related field
- Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts
- Interest in cloud data platforms and data engineering
- Working knowledge of Python; familiarity with Pandas and scikit-learn is a plus
- Willingness to learn new data analytical technologies
- Very good communication skills in English; German is an advantage
- Ability to work self-driven and with a high level of self-motivation
Aufgaben
- Support data collection from lab devices
- Integrate lab-related sources into the data analytics platform
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines
- Collaborate on designing and maintaining data models
- Engage with lab scientists to understand lab data
- Facilitate pipeline creation and optimization
- Assist with data preprocessing and preparation
- Enhance data quality and usability for projects
- Create comprehensive documentation of data pipelines
- Ensure data traceability and adherence to best practices
- Develop machine learning pipelines for ATS applications
- Research and implement methodologies for various applications
