- Check serial numbers and fault descriptions
- Prepare requests for administrative processing
- Accept returns and perform visual inspections
- Allocate returns to existing RMA processes

- Package and dispatch repaired materials
- Maintain customer and RMA data
- Ensure complete and traceable documentation
- Create standard letters using templates
- Forward internal processes to relevant departments
- Track appointment and repair statuses
- Prepare simple evaluations of throughput times
- Support the customer service team's daily business
