Working Student Creation - Motion Design(m/w/x)

In this role, you will immerse yourself in the creative process, developing motion and graphic design concepts for both virtual and live events. You will manage production quality and explore innovative design trends.

Anforderungen

• •Enrollment in or completion of a Master’s program in film/motion, media communication, or graphic design
• •Practical experience in the motion design field; experience in the event industry is a plus
• •Strong interest in moving images, storytelling, and innovative technologies; good sense of aesthetics, typography, and visual trends
• •Excellent skills in motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Blender, Runway); interest in AI-driven creative workflows
• •Ability to work independently on projects, taking ideas from concept to delivery while meeting deadlines
• •Interest in virtual events and emerging technologies (e.g., VR/AR)
• •Applied skills in graphic design, layout, logos, and key visual creation; knowledge of print production is a bonus
• •Organized, quality-conscious, and flexible in dynamic project environments
• •Good communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus

Aufgaben

• •Develop and execute motion and graphic design concepts for events
• •Create storyboards, design frames, and visual concepts for motion design
• •Manage on- and offline design productions for visual quality and consistency
• •Shape and enhance visual communication concepts with your design perspective
• •Research and experiment with new styles and trends in motion graphics
• •Plan and execute smaller design projects, ensuring timely delivery
