- Drive continuous improvement of topline processes
- Automate major business processes for compliance
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Support stakeholders as a Trusted Business Advisor
- Provide reporting and analysis to stakeholders
- Support Ad Hoc inquiries for Executive Board
- Operationalize new Cloud KPIs
- Improve process transparency
