- Comfort with structured documentation and legal/commercial terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with SAP, MS Teams, and document management systems (Aconex, ProjectWise) is a plus
- Fluency in English; Spanish, German, or French is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Support tendering O&M scopes for EU Hub Offshore Wind Farms
- Execute O&M contracts to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to track deliverables
- Validate obligations and maintain accurate documentation
- Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for tender status
- Assist in pre-tender preparation and documentation
- Administer tender processes via the iBuy platform
- Track supplier responses and maintain tender records
- Prepare summaries and checklists for regular tender meetings
- Identify and support potential suppliers for registration in SAP and iBuy
- Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for contract execution status
- Support Contract Managers in day-to-day contract management
- Maintain contract execution records and support digital transition
- Participate in meetings with suppliers as needed
