- Knowledge of Agentic AI, LLMs, Predictive Analytics, Data Mining, Statistics
- Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, independent management of deliverables
- Studies in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Business Informatics
- Comprehensive mathematical and statistical knowledge
- Extraordinary analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Interest in innovative IT solutions for process improvement
- Strong knowledge in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint), SAP BI, SAP ERP, SAP Analytics Cloud
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a team
- Out of the box thinking
- Required to work from Walldorf/St. Leon Rot 2-3 times a week

- Contribute to building Agentic AI solutions
- Support team initiatives and topics
- Create and optimize AI agents
- Prepare and maintain project documentation
- Manage meeting materials and status updates
- Track risks and action items
- Prepare for SteerCo and leadership meetings
- Coordinate workshops and review sessions
- Support data collection and structured analysis
- Consolidate product lists and dependencies
- Support program planning and reporting
