- Student status at university/applied sciences
- High proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

- German language skills are a plus

Aufgaben
- Support PMO operations, including project documentation and status updates
- Track project risks and action items
- Prepare for SteerCo and leadership meetings
- Assist Program and Technical Leads in coordinating workshops and review sessions
- Assist with data collection and consolidation
- Conduct structured analysis for program planning and reporting
- Identify opportunities and use cases
- Contribute to building Agentic AI solutions for team initiatives and topics
