- First experience in operations, back office, trade support, or data roles
- Interest in process improvement or automation, initial exposure to Python or SQL
- Courage, drive for impact, building trusting relationships
- Flexibility for non-full-time roles
Aufgaben
- Support trade processing and control
- Process exchange-traded and over-the-counter transactions
- Monitor margin calls and collateral movements
- Perform daily position, cash, and fee reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Analyse and resolve breaks with Trading, Risk, and Operations
- Maintain structured controls and documentation
- Support risk management and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities for standardisation and automation
