In this role, you will focus on developing AI agents that streamline internal processes by connecting various systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve evaluating Microsoft connectors, testing API access, and configuring agents to ensure effective functionality.
Anforderungen
- Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical steps
- Knowledge of HTTP/REST & JSON; ability to obtain data via API
- Basic understanding of AI and avoiding errors/hallucinations
- Independent working style and concise, well-structured documentation in German and English
- Familiarity with SharePoint/Teams/Copilot and connectors
- Basic knowledge of PHP or general scripting
- Security awareness in data transmission and processing
- Pragmatic and secure handling of test data and tokens
- Effectiveness before perfection with small POCs and fast learning loops
- Curiosity, systematic thinking, and basic API knowledge
Aufgaben
- Develop AI agents for internal use
- Connect various systems including SAP, Salesforce, and Zendesk
- Understand use cases and evaluate suitable Microsoft connectors
- Activate and test Microsoft connectors and alternatives
- Document API access and configurations
- Configure and test agents for correct interface usage
- Identify and document potential enhancements
- Work independently on pragmatic proof of concepts
- Receive 2–4 hours of sparring per week
