- Initial work experience in accounting, audit, or advisory

- Experience with accounting or ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite)
Aufgaben
- Recognize invoices
- Track invoices
- Categorize invoices correctly
- Route invoices to appropriate stakeholders
- Follow up on missing invoices
- Coordinate timely invoice receipt from suppliers and teams
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks
- Record invoices using Payhawk and Oracle NetSuite
- Review invoices using Payhawk and Oracle NetSuite
- Maintain electronic and mailed invoice entries
- Manage virtual credit cards
- Manage travel expense reports
- Assist with monthly closings
- Prepare regulatory reports
- Prepare investor reports
- Assist with audits
- Assist with internal reviews
- Assist with ISAE 3402 audits
- Update work instructions
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
