- Basic to solid understanding of IFRS and HGB
- First practical experience with SAP R/3 (S/4HANA is a plus)
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Good communication skills in English and German
- Interest in digital tools (Confluence, AI productivity tools like Copilot)
- Proactive, open-minded, and eager to learn
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
Aufgaben
- Support harmonization of global accounting manual
- Develop user-friendly accounting processes
- Use Confluence for documentation
- Contribute to new travel expense process
- Collaborate with accounting and internal stakeholders
- Provide daily accounting support
- Handle postings, reconciliations, and documentation
- Assist during monthly closing activities
- Support ad-hoc accounting topics
- Conduct research and data checks
- Support informed decision-making
- Document processes and analyze data
- Identify and suggest process improvements
- Learn standardization in international accounting
