- Interest in accounting and basic HGB knowledge
- Comfort working with financial data and spreadsheets
- Interest in tax, cost, and budget reporting
- Hands-on, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Fluent English and German (C1 level)
- Exposure to DATEV, QuickBooks, or Spendesk (plus)
Aufgaben
- Support accounting for German and US entities
- Collaborate with external service providers
- Assist with monthly closings
- Coordinate input from internal stakeholders and tax advisors
- Manage invoice documentation and VAT topics
- Improve Accounts Payable processes
- Process orders and issue invoices
- Manage revenue recognition for Accounts Receivable
- Track costs and budgets for monthly reporting
- Maintain and document audit-compliant finance processes
- Assist with annual closings and audits
- Manage and optimize expenses using Spendesk
- Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Optimize Finance processes and tools
