- Up-to-date Workday certifications
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with clients on Talent & Performance standards
- Contribute to functional solutions using Workday and Accenture methodologies
- Host workshops on HCM and Compensation functionalities
- Lead discussions on expertise-related topics
- Report on progress independently
- Lead diverse teams through implementation
- Liaise with client counterparts and colleagues
- Support innovation by creating new methods and assets
