- •Degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or related field
- •6-10 years onshore wind development experience
- •Understanding of German wind energy market
- •Strong project management and organizational skills
- •Technical know-how in German wind sector
- •Effective communication with land-owners and executives
- •Proactive, autonomous, and adaptable nature
- •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- •Ability to navigate German EEG auctions
- •Effective cross-functional and international teamwork
- •Fluent German
- •Fluent English
- •Autonomous, adaptable, and multi-skilled
- •Proactive workload prioritization
- •Collaborative performance in multi-national environments
- •Strong written, verbal, and teamwork skills
- •Strong presentation skills

Aufgaben
- •Lead German onshore wind projects from prospecting to operation
- •Manage the full project lifecycle to Ready to Build status
- •Support construction until handover to Asset Operations
- •Identify and assess suitable wind farm locations
- •Originate new business and partnership opportunities
- •Negotiate land lease agreements with landowners
- •Secure grid access with TSOs and DSOs
- •Oversee technical and environmental permitting studies
- •Identify and mitigate project risks
- •Lead community outreach and stakeholder engagement
- •Manage partner co-development agreements
- •Maintain relationships with regional and national authorities
- •Represent the company in permitting and public consultations
- •Coordinate internal teams and external consultants
- •Monitor German market trends and competitor activity
- •Identify potential acquisition targets for the project pipeline
- •Prepare project budgets and business cases
- •Monitor financial performance and investment decisions
- •Represent the company in industry forums and associations
