Anforderungen
- Enrolled in Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Initial practical experience in project management, PMO, consulting, or similar analytical/organizational role (plus)
- Strong analytical skills for structuring and interpreting project data
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proactive, reliable, and structured working style with hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills and confidence with cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in process optimization, reporting structures, and PMO best practices
- Fluent English; German is a plus
Aufgaben
- Prepare and coordinate periodic reports for Project Management and PMO teams
- Compile and analyze project data for status visibility
- Maintain project timelines, milestone trackers, and action lists
- Organize and update project documentation and files
- Track open tasks and follow up on deadlines
- Support daily PMO operational activities
- Assist in improving PMO templates and tools
- Liaise with internal departments for task alignment
