Aufgaben
- Manufacture dispersion batches according to PLS recipe and production plan on all lines
- Adhere to and document checklists and control sheets
- Report non-conformities in process safety to the shift supervisor
- Comply with safety regulations, operating instructions, and work procedures
- Participate in shift and mandatory site training
- Sieve dispersions with and without automatic level control
- Perform flushing and cleaning during operational disassembly
- Incorporate returned latex into ongoing production
- Prepare raw materials, especially solid ones
- Connect small containers (IBCs) to dosing systems
- Empty small containers into feed tanks
- Ensure cleanliness and order, conduct hygiene rounds
- Rotate within production
- Carry and lift loads up to 25 kg
- Climb stairs
- Work at a screen workstation
