Anforderungen

• •Apprenticeship as Specialist for Warehouse Logistics or equivalent
• •5+ years experience in receiving, inventory, or logistics
• •Experience in facility coordination or site management
• •Proficiency in ERP/IMS software and basic IT
• •Valid forklift license and equipment experience
• •Attention to detail and professional presentation
• •Ability to guide vendors and communicate clearly
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Ability to lift 23 kg and stand

Aufgaben

• •Receive and verify incoming deliveries
• •Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies
• •Report delivery issues to supervisors
• •Create and update ERP system items
• •Manage supplier data in the IMS
• •Label and sort materials efficiently
• •Route materials to designated storage locations
• •Perform routine cycle counts
• •Lead scheduled inventory audits
• •Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• •Manage raw material and tool stock
• •Ensure optimal availability of spare parts
• •Optimize warehouse layout for space and safety
• •Maintain guest-ready warehouse and common areas
• •Manage cleaning crew checklists and standards
• •Organize and label the entire facility
• •Oversee waste disposal and recycling processes
• •Pick, pack, and label outgoing items
• •Conduct quality assurance checks on products
• •Manage product rework activities when necessary
• •Coordinate with shipping service providers
• •Prepare all necessary shipping documentation
