Aufgaben
- Report to Warehouse Supervisor
- Draft and prepare inbound and outbound documents
- Archive documents
- Serve as contact for daily administrative tasks
- Handle driver registration and document checks
- Record accompanying documents
- Register seal numbers
- Sign, check, and proof CMR documents
- Register incoming and outgoing goods
- Manage smooth documentation and invoice verification
- Post incoming and outgoing goods internally and externally
- Coordinate with customer service, external providers, and Transport team
- Order office supplies and warehouse articles
- Prepare and report load performance file daily
- Prepare inbound and outbound files during last shift
- Support achievement of group KPIs
- Assist with inventory checks
- Participate in process optimizations and customer implementations
- Maintain safe, secure, and clean work environment
