- •Proven track record of scaling sales teams 50 to 200+
- •Deep experience in high-velocity sales environments
- •Mastery of Salesforce and CRM operational hygiene
- •Strong commercial acumen
- •Builder’s mindset
- •Fluency in English; German or French is a strong plus
- •Thrives in an office-only culture

- •Lead and expand a multi-market team across DACH, France, Italy, and the UK
- •Define organizational design, quotas, and territory structure
- •Own GMV, Net Revenue Margin, and conversion metrics
- •Ensure consistent growth and forecast accuracy
- •Drive operational excellence within the sales team
- •Mentor Sales Managers and BDR leads
- •Develop a performance-driven talent pipeline
- •Create daily cadences and pipeline reviews
- •Establish deal-quality standards and win-rate tracking
- •Align pricing, supply, and delivery with Growth, Procurement, and Operations
- •Drive adoption of Salesforce as the system of record
- •Deploy AI tools to optimize pricing, forecasting, and sales productivity
- •Refine playbooks from call to quote and quote to delivery
- •Reduce cycle times and improve close rates
- •Foster an energetic office culture on the sales floor
- •Lead by presence, momentum, and visible performance
